GROW Solutions Center Specialists are subject matter experts ready to provide assistance with grain, agronomy, and precision ag questions while also focused on simplifying the collection, analysis, and fulfillment of grower data.

Chad BloomSustainable Solutions Lead
Chad joined Landus in March after spending the last 10 years as Development Director for Pheasants Forever/Quail Forever. Chad will be leading the GROW Solutions Center team.
Marlee GreggSolutions Center Specialist
Marlee has been with Landus since 2009 and most recently served as Account Manager out of Farnhamville. Marlee will focus her efforts on grain within the Solutions Center.
Nila JohnsonSolutions Center Specialist
Nila is new to Landus, coming from Premier Ag out of Indiana. There, she worked with farmer data, Truterra, and precision ag. Nila will focus on data integration in her role in the Solutions Center.
Amy SmithSolutions Center Specialist
Amy is new to Landus, after running her own business as well as working with farmer data and the Truterra platform in a contractor role for Landus. Amy will be focusing on data integration within the Solutions Center.
Chandler SmithSolutions Center Specialist
Chandler has been with Landus since 2018 and most recently served as Account Manager out of Woodward. Chandler will start in the Solutions Center focusing on data integration.
Molly TootVice President, External Affairs
Molly joined Landus in August of 2020 and comes to us with over 25 years of experience in the ag industry working for Syngenta, United Suppliers and most recently Land O’Lakes Truterra where she led the Member Owner Engagement Team as Director of Sustainability. Molly oversees the overall GROW brand strategy which includes the GROW Solutions Center.
