Landus Cooperative customers and members are invited to a series of pre-harvest meetings to hear from cooperative leaders and local grain marketers regarding grain policies and marketing opportunities.
“We’re very aware of customer expectations and have been working hard to integrate all the processes possible pre-harvest. Our opportunity to serve customers this time of year is our physical plants,” explained Roger Fray, the cooperative’s chief commodity marketing officer. “We know we have to be able to ‘turn and burn’ to get their trucks back to the field and keep their combines moving.”
The company is expecting to see new crop soybeans, and potentially some new crop corn, coming across location scales by mid-September.
