Landus Cooperative to Host Webinars on Veterinary Feed Directive

Customers, area livestock producers and veterinarians invited to learn about cooperative’s VFP processes

(AMES, IA) Oct. 20, 2016—Landus Cooperative today announced a series of webinars for livestock producers regarding the Veterinary Feed Directive (VFD).

Significant changes to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s VFD regulation take effect January 1. 2017. With the rules becoming effective in just a few weeks, Landus Cooperative invites feed customers and area veterinarians to one of three free webinars to ensure they are armed with the knowledge necessary to effectively implement VFDs.

Leaders from the Landus Cooperative feed business will also introduce the cooperative’s internal processes for VFD paperwork.
