As we work to protect our farmer-owners, our employees, and our communities as the rural incidences of the coronavirus increase, we have made the decision to TRANSITION our in-person annual meeting series to one, single virtual meeting. 

  • Details on the date, time and registration process will be forth coming. 
  • Please return your ballots by mail. Ballot envelopes need to be received at the Landus office in Ames on or before 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, December 9, 2020 for it to be counted as a valid ballot.
  • For those customers without an email address, we ask you to call your location to add an email address to your account so we can send an e-invitation for the virtual event. (We will also mail an invitation with instructions on how to log-into the meeting.) 
  • We are committed to holding in-person farmer-owner meetings as soon as it is safe to do so

Section 199A Webinar

During this interactive webinar, Landus farmer-owners and their accountants will hear from cooperative tax experts, CliftonLarsonAllen.

-What is Section 199A?
-Who is eligible?
-How does it benefit my farming operation?
-What documents do I need to utilize Section 199A tax deductions?

We will have time for Q&A at the end of the session.


Ventures: Women in Ag Event Cancelled

In addition, our late January event will be cancelled for 2021. Due to the networking value of this event, we will not hold a virtual event. We look forward to hosting in late 2021/early 2022 when it is safe to do so in person.

In lieu of our event, we encourage our female farmers to attend Iowa State’s 4th Annual Women in Ag Leadership Conference Nov. 30-Dec. 1.
