Operations Management Associate
A 12- to 24-month full-time training program, the Operations Management Associate opportunity provides the experience you need to work toward a management position.
You will learn the inner workings of Landus' grain and agronomy departments from staff with special expertise. You’ll gain relevant industry knowledge and valuable experience in areas such as grain quality management, agronomy product inventory control, fleet management and automation technology. As an associate, you will focus on safety, quality and offering a positive customer experience with an industry professional as your mentor. Applicants accepted as associates will receive competitive compensation and benefits. A degree from an accredited two- or four-year post-secondary program is preferred. Operations Management Associate positions are available at various locations of our territory.
Account Manager Associate
As an Account Manager Associate, you will learn to effectively communicate about products and services provided by Landus while assisting farmer-owners with grain marketing strategies and provide agronomic recommendations.
You will understand grain prices and be able to communicate these to customers. You will be able to guide growers with crop production plans, prescribe crop protection and nutrient products, build relationships with farmer-owners and teammates and analyze harvest results to help growers maximize their profitability. Through this position, you will gain the knowledge and experience you need for promotion to an Account Manager. This full-time, 12- to 24-month program offers competitive compensation and benefits to qualified applicants. A degree from an accredited two- or four-year post-secondary program is preferred. Account Manager Associate positions are available at various locations of our territory.
Custom Applicator Associate
The Custom Applicator Associate will learn how to effectively apply agronomy products for Landus farmer-owners. You will learn about inbound and outbound agronomy products, operating all equipment and vehicles according to Landus policies and procedures as well as all applicable laws.
The Associate will maintain and record maintenance of tending and application equipment. A 9- to 12-month full-time position, the Custom Applicator Associate will gain the skills and experience needed for promotion to the Custom Applicator role upon successful completion of the program.
