Operations Management Associate
A 12- to 24-month full-time training program, the operations management associate opportunity provides the experience you need to work toward a management position.
You will learn the inner workings of Landus Cooperative’s grain and agronomy departments from staff with special expertise. You’ll gain relevant industry knowledge and valuable experience in areas such as grain quality management, agronomy product inventory control, fleet management and automation technology. As an associate, you will focus on safety, quality and offering a positive customer experience with an industry professional as your mentor. Applicants accepted as associates will receive competitive compensation and benefits. A degree from an accredited two- or four-year post-secondary program is preferred. Operations management associate positions are available at our Greene, Rake, Rockwell City, Farnhamville, Boone, Bondurant, Adair and Bayard locations.
Agronomy Sales Associate
As an agronomy sales associate, you will learn to effectively communicate about products and services provided by Landus Cooperative while assisting members with agronomic recommendations.
You will guide growers with crop production plans, prescribe crop protection and nutrient products, build relationships with members and teammates and analyze harvest results to help growers maximize their profitability. Through this position, you will gain the knowledge and experience you need for promotion to field sales agronomist. This full-time, 12- to 24-month program offers competitive compensation and benefits to qualified applicants. A degree from an accredited two- or four-year post-secondary program is preferred. Agronomy sales associate positions are available at our Dike, Gowrie, Woodward, Altoona and Templeton locations.
